I couldn't find what I wanted to confidently recommend, so I created it.

I’ve worked in the gut health space for the past 14 years, and through my clinics I’ve seen thousands of clients walk through the doors looking for support with their gut health.

Over and over again, I found myself wishing I had one product I could confidently recommend. Something that brought together the areas I was passionate about, supported digestive health and regularity, assisted natural detoxification and also supported the removal of threadworms and pinworms.

But I also wanted something people would actually enjoy taking.

So, after years of researching, formulating, testing and refining, Sweet Cheeks Elite Fibre Cleanse was created.

It was important to me that this wasn't just another product with great marketing behind it. I wanted a TGA-listed formula with purpose behind the ingredients and support for the claims we make, while still tasting GOOD and being simple enough to become part of your everyday routine.

Although Sweet Cheeks was born from my 14 years working within the gut health industry and what I saw firsthand in my own clinics, I always wanted it to have an identity of its own.

Today, Sweet Cheeks is stocked by clinics, health practitioners and retailers outside of my own businesses, and that makes me incredibly proud.

My goal is for Sweet Cheeks to continue growing into a gut health brand you can know, love and trust. 

My passion for gut health actually started with my own journey.

I grew up very much within the mainstream medical system but by the time I was around 15, I had started searching for answers outside of what I already knew.

I had spent years struggling with things like constipation and candida and at the time, had absolutely no idea how much our gut could impact the way we feel every day.

Discovering the world of gut health completely fascinated me and what started as trying to understand my own body eventually turned into a career.

Fourteen years later, I’m still just as passionate about helping people better understand their gut and making conversations around bowel health a whole lot less awkward!

First thing in the morning, always!

I take my Elite Fibre Cleanse on an empty stomach using our Sweet Cheeks shaker with approximately 300 mL of water.

It’s become one of those simple little things that is just part of my morning routine. Scoop, shake, drink and get on with the day. 

That we didn't create another gut health product with a whole lot of pretty marketing and nothing behind it.

Elite Fibre Cleanse is TGA listed and formulated to support digestive function, bowel regularity and the gastrointestinal mucous lining, assist natural detoxification, relieve bloating and assist with the removal of threadworms and pinworms.

AND something I was very determined about, it actually tastes good!

I wanted to create something that had purpose behind every ingredient, supported the claims we were making and was enjoyable enough that people could realistically incorporate it into their routine.

That combination is something I’m incredibly proud of.

Because if you're going to take something regularly, you need to actually want to drink it!

Over the years, I’ve tried my fair share of fibre and gut health products. Some tasted so awful I genuinely struggled to get them down, and if something makes you dread taking it, you're probably not going to stick with it.

When creating Elite Fibre Cleanse, taste wasn't an afterthought. It was really important to me.

I wanted it to taste fresh, light and easy to drink, which is where our lemon-lime flavour came in.

Gut health can be serious. Your daily fibre drink doesn't have to taste serious. 

Life is definitely full!

Between Sweet Cheeks and running my clinics and team, there’s always something happening behind the scenes. But when the work hat comes off, my favourite role is simply being at home with my family.

I have a husband, two beautiful children and two pups who fill my time with so much love, joy and plenty of chaos!

You’ll often find us walking by the water here on the Gold Coast, soaking up the sunshine, spending family days by the water, kicking the footy or heading to the park with the kids.

On the weekends, there’s a good chance you’ll also find me wandering around the local grocers or food markets, and I often bump into clients and familiar faces while I’m there!

I genuinely live a life that I’m incredibly grateful to call mine. I get to raise my family in a place we love, while working in an industry where I get to help and support people every day.

My family fills my home cup, and this industry fills my work cup. I feel very lucky to have both.
