Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return, an unboxing video is required, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@sweetcheek.au.

 Non-Returnable Items

• Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and digital downloads, are non-returnable.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us.
