How to use

How long should I be the Elite fibre cleanse?

The cleanse is a month month serving and should be consumed for a month consecutively for best results. We have customers who continue to take it in their daily supplement practice after the month serving has completed. 

What do you use to mix it in?

We use the Sweet Cheeks shaker to blend the fibre with water or an electric mixer in a glass. Reminder: Do not let it sit for lengthy periods of time as it will thicken. 

What do you mix the fibre with?

We suggest to mix the fibre 2 scoops with 300 Mls of water. We have customers who choose to mix it with their favourite juice or different water amounts who still get great results. 

Suggestions while on the cleanse:

Hydrate - While on any kind of detoxing and cleansing process its important to keep up your hydration to best assist the results. 

Have the fibre 30 minutes before food - We suggest to allow the fibre to digest on an empty stomach and process before eating.
